Implementation Analyst (Remote)

Multifamily Utility Company, a San Diego-based Utility Billing and Submetering Company, has an exciting job opening for a Remote Implementation Analyst. The Implementation Analyst will be actively involved in the setup and implementation of utility billing for national clients, ensuring accurate and effective billing of all contracted services, including billing analysis, rate analysis, reporting and resident invoicing using various resources and company specific software.

Responsibilities include:

• Work closely with multiple teams to set up, and complete accurate and timely implementation/billing using a variety of tools and company specific software.
• Handle rate setups and billings with demonstrated accuracy.
• Develop area of expertise in any of the following: billing systems, rates analysis, billing process, production tools or resource expert.
• Support all departments regarding billing setup questions.
• Meet departmental goals of timeliness and accuracy to maintain company standards.

• Some College preferred.
• 1-2 years previous billing, bookkeeping, implementing or similar experience required.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office.'

Work Location:

• Fully Remote

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00+ per hour (Depending on Experience)
