Job Profile Summary
The Implant Treatment Coordinator will work closely with our Implant Director and Oral Surgeons, referring dentist offices, implant companies and patients to ensure that all aspects of the patients treatment is coordinated.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Scheduling implant patients with oral surgeons.
- Educating patients on the importance of dental implant health.
- Ordering Implants from implant suppliers.
- Maintaining inventory control over office implant product.
- Perform end of month inventory to the finance department.
- Marketing to local referring offices on implant related issues.
- Track implant placement and generate implant data to referral office.
- Receive/transfer patient's records in between all Oral Surgery offices.
- Maintain patient/physician schedules.
PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS:
Requires sitting up to eight hours per day. Continually uses fingers for data entry/filing, etc. Routinely uses upper extremeties. Occasionally lift heavy items. Hearing required to be sharp and alert.
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
