Treatment Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Greet patients and provide them with the necessary paperwork
- Collect and update patient information in the system
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance claims
- Explain treatment plans and financial options to patients
- Coordinate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow
- Follow up with patients regarding treatment plans and appointments
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using phone systems and computer software
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience working in a dental or medical office is a plus
As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that patients have a positive experience from the moment they walk in.
