Description:
- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Schedule and confirm appointments for Dental Treatments
- Provide information to patients about treatment options, costs, and insurance coverage
- Assist with insurance claims and billing processes
- Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
- Ensure a smooth flow of patients through the office
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a dental office or similar healthcare setting
- Proficiency in dental office software systems
- Knowledge of medical terminology and dental procedures
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle a high volume of calls
