```Duties:```
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

```Experience:```
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association
- Proven experience as an attorney in a law firm or corporate setting
- Strong negotiation skills to advocate for clients' interests
- Proficient in legal administrative tasks, such as case management and document organization
- Excellent research skills using resources like Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
- Ability to litigate cases effectively in court
- Exceptional legal drafting and writing abilities
