SalaryImmigration law firm is seeking a full-time attorney to join our team. Applicant must be fully bilingual (Spanish-English) and willing to work and help clients from a diverse group of cultures. Ideal applicant is passionate about defending the rights of immigrants, organized, team player, motivated, and empathic. Some traveling will be required. Candidate must be licensed to practice law in at least one US state or Puerto Rico.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court and in immigration agencies
- Respond to information requests from clients and third parties.
- Draft legal documents.
- Give legal advice to clients and third parties.
- Plan and execute legal strategies.
- Create the proper precedents for the practice of law.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
