- Must Be Fluent/bilingual in English and Spanish
- Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Criminal Law (defense or Prosecution)
- Jury Trial Experience Required
- Previous Experience in Central Texas Counties Courts, Including Travis County, Hays County, and Williamson County, Etc. Is a Plus.
- Any Additional Experience with Spanish-Speaking Clients Is Highly Favorable
- Jd Degree and Admission to The State Bar of Texas Is Required
- Strong Oral Advocacy Skills with A Preference for Prior Litigation Experience
- Ability to Work Independently and In a High Volume, Fast-Paced Environment
- Ability to Manage Your Own Docket with Limited Supervision
- Ability to Work Well with People of Diverse Cultural, Educational, and Professional Backgrounds
- Valid Driver's License - Travel to Jails and Detention Centers Within Central Texas Will Be Necessary on A Regular Basis
