Foster LLP, one of the largest immigration law firms in the U.S. with the most board certified attorneys in immigration and nationality law, seeks attorneys with a preferred 2+ years of Employment Based Immigration experience for its Houston, TX office. Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume business environment is a plus. Preferred skills include foreign language, excellent analytical and writing skills, organization and research skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and implement case strategy for Immigrant and Non-immigrant visa applications;
- File Family based petitions and naturalization and citizenship cases;
- Supervise and interact with all legal staff;
- Present and speak about immigration topics before business and professional groups and conduct training for clients and staff;
- Research U.S. and Global immigration law and procedures;
- Represent clients in all aspects of immigration law;
- Communicate with Firm’s clients and global partners;
- Manage and prioritize high volume caseload; and
- Maintain case records and run reports utilizing case tracking system.
Minimum Requirements:
- Juris Doctor; licensed and in good standing to practice law;
- Excellent writing and communication skills;
- Foreign language fluency is preferred;
- 2 years of Employment Based Immigration with PERM applications, H-1B, L-1, and E visas;
- Excellent writing, organizational and research skills;
- Individual must be detail oriented, able to multi-task, and have strong analytical and organizational skills; and
- Experienced in a fast-paced, high-volume business immigration work environment.
