Salary: $62,400 to $75,000 - Pay depending on experience
Schedule:
• Standard, 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends and after-hours, as needed.

Key Staffing is partnered with a company that is a leader at the forefront of innovative solutions. They specialize in document digitizing to streamline workflow for maximum visibility, serving clients nationally.
This is a senior-level technical position. Must be capable of meeting or exceeding production schedules and deadlines. Communicate production delays immediately for resolution. Able to analyze and resolve errors, slow, and redundancies in workflow and offer solutions. Monitor equipment performance and maintenance. Assist in all post-production processes. Test job setups and databases before production commencement. Perform final inspection, correction, and delivery of final output to clients. Back up other associates during vacation periods.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform pre-production setup testing for document types.
- Assist data entry personnel with assignments.
- Oversee Quality Control Section of the Digital Department. Will inspect images for quality issues. Will correct simple issues such as page rotation and combining and creating of documents. Will tag poor quality images for correction.
- Monitor equipment performance, maintenance, and uptime.
- Technical training and technical assistances.
- Manage post-production processing.
- Understand setup documentation to determine export file type and format.
- Prepare steps for each deliverable type, CD/DVD, Upload, External Hard Disk, Cloud, FTP, Laserfiche, etc.
- Locate programs and prepare written documentation for costing, total units for delivery and invoicing, setup locations, Kofax and Alaris Batch Manager Reports with all export formats.
- Document and monitor labor, cost, and pricing.
- Assist sales with proposals and quotes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sharp oral and written communications skills (preferably bilingual).
- Project Management Skills.
- Willing to work as a team player in a production environment
- Willing to learn new tools and processes
- Willing to assist in other sections or departments in the company when necessary
- Dependable
- Able to work overtime or alternate shift when necessary
- Able to move boxes around work station with minimal assistance
- Ability to work with a variety of processes, machines, and personnel
- Ability to perform all jobs in the Department.
- Proficiency with entire MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with Kodak Alaris, Ascent Capture, Application Xtender, Liberty, FilePath, and Adobe Acrobat Professional software a must.
