What you will do-
This role is responsible for building culture, processes and systems that enable the execution of the IBP (Integrated Business Planning) process for a global franchise / division. This requires acting as an influential change agent between the Selling Division leaders and the Global Operations leaders to proactively manage our global business to the benefit of our customers and financials. They will develop relationships with cross functional partners including commercial operations, demand, supply planning, and marketing to support revenue programs, financial gap closure activities, and initiatives. They will serve as a champion to the holistic approach in monthly IBP meetings to utilize data sets and metrics to tell stories with data and drive optimal decision making. They will own the 5 Year forecasting process to support long term capacity planning.
Essential responsibilities also include but are not limited to:
Coordinate the monthly IBP cycle including timeliness of the demand and supply plan submissions and critical meetings such as Net Requirements meetings, pre-IBP working meetings and well as IBP meetings
Involved in demand planning process to drive forecast accuracy improvement by providing process enhancement insights, creating RRM (Regional Requirement meeting) decks, and leading monthly Regional Requirement Meetings
Lead constrained product family review meetings with Supply on opportunities for sku prioritization. Lead regional allocation strategy meeting with Brand Marketing to review and align on regional escalation allocations
Own weekly Demand and Supply execution forum including GQO and Commercial partners to highlight critical supply and regional BO challenges
Partner with Center of Excellence Teams to implement franchise programs and elevate IBP team capabilities and business results
Monitor and report on inventory levels to ensure they are optimized and that excess inventory is dispositioned to support business objectives
Leverage financial analysis processes to drive optimal decisions for the designated business unit, influence stakeholders cross functionally, and build necessary tools to power charge IBP effectiveness
Participate in New Product Launch Excellence process for assigned Business Unit. Ensure Net Requirements Plan reflects aligned launch strategy by market
What you need-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field -required
8+ years of integrated Business Planning, operations planning, business analytics, data analytics, or relevant experience -required
Microsoft Excel experience - required
APICS certification -preferred
$95,000.00- $204,000.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
