The Opportunity:
Your role at Sephora:
As an intern for Testing & Functionality, Digital Client Experience team, your responsibilities will include helping with the roadmap projects and features & functionalities for our website, iOS, and Android apps as well as conducting research to help formulate the 3-year "Site of the Future" strategy.

• Collaborate. Work closely with cross-functional teams to evangelize Digital Client Experience team's visions and goals, and flawlessly help execute 2023 roadmap and projects. Assist F&T team by through project management such as setting up cross-functional TBs and following up with recap notes/next action items.
• Strategic Vision. In partnership with the F&T team and Leadership, help develop strategy for Sephora's future site experience with a focus on building the best Client Experience, establish business cases for projects, and source new opportunities. Help gather industry trends and competitive insights to share with the team and leaders

• You have strong passion for ecommerce and Client Experience
• (not required but nice to have) You have any previous experience working with Product Managers, UX Designers and Researchers.
• (not required but nice to have) You have any previous web analytics experience. We value superior problem-solving skills and the ability to draw conclusions and take action based on data.
• You are open-minded and flexible; willing to take on any types of projects and be collaborative with a positive attitude
• You have outstanding interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with business partners at all levels and across departments
• You have strong communication skills and attention to detail; you are comfortable in ambiguity and able to follow through with a sense of urgency

The target hourly pay for this position is $23.00 - $23.00 per hour. The actual hourly pay offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the individual applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
