Kleo Kolor – a new beauty company in the direct sales industry – is looking for a full time Sr. Analyst of Business Planning to join our team to support the development of Business strategies and conduct market analysis. This role reports into the Sr. Director of Operations.

Projects will be varied and fast-paced, requiring collaboration with the Marketing, Sales, and Support teams to develop comprehensive business plans for a start-up company.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Analysis
- Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead in the market.
Financial Planning:
- Prepare financial forecasts and budgets.
- Monitor financial performance and adjust plans as needed.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure financial strategies align with overall business goals.
Project Management:
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project documentation.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Serve as a liaison between different departments and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management.
- Work closely with teams across the organization to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field.
· 3+ years of experience in Business Planning, strategy, or a related field.
· Experience in the Direct Selling Industry is a plus.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
· Bilingual in English and Korean preferred.
Salary: $60,000-$65000
