Form of workTEKsystems is seeking Customer Service professionals to work a full time hybrid role in Daytona Beach, FL. Prior call center experience is preferred, but not required. Candidates with retail experience are welcome to apply.
Employment Type: Contract to Hire
Pay: $17/hr for English Speakers, $18.50/hr for Spanish Bilingual
Training: 4 weeks onsite (Training is paid) in DAYTONA BEACH, FL
Shift after training: HYBRID (2 days in office, 3 days work from home). Shift assigned based on business needs. Must be available to work M-F 9:30am - 6pm or 10:30am - 7pm (must be open to either shift) (eligible for a hybrid schedule of 2 days in office and 3 days at home)
Job Description:
- Handling about 50-80 inbound calls per day
- Responsible for handling inbound calls pertaining to mortgage servicing questions
- Will receive questions from borrowers, insurance agents and financial institutions
- Process payments, insurance documents and other items
- Must be able to multi-task between various systems to research and document phone calls
- Respond quickly and accurately ensuring that both internal and external standards are being met on a consistent basis
- Problem solving and problem resolutions skills are required as well as the ability to handle all calls in a professional manner
- Outbound calls may be necessary
- Update system notes to reflect first call resolution and any important information
