Job description

TEKsystems is seeking Customer Service professionals to work a full time hybrid role in Daytona Beach, FL. Prior call center experience is preferred, but not required. Candidates with retail experience are welcome to apply.

Employment Type: Contract to Hire

Pay: $17/hr for English Speakers, $18.50/hr for Spanish Bilingual

Training: 4 weeks onsite (Training is paid) in DAYTONA BEACH, FL

Shift after training: HYBRID (2 days in office, 3 days work from home). Shift assigned based on business needs. Must be available to work M-F 9:30am - 6pm or 10:30am - 7pm (must be open to either shift) (eligible for a hybrid schedule of 2 days in office and 3 days at home)

 

Job Description:

  1. Handling about 50-80 inbound calls per day
  2. Responsible for handling inbound calls pertaining to mortgage servicing questions
  3. Will receive questions from borrowers, insurance agents and financial institutions
  4. Process payments, insurance documents and other items
  5. Must be able to multi-task between various systems to research and document phone calls
  6. Respond quickly and accurately ensuring that both internal and external standards are being met on a consistent basis
  7. Problem solving and problem resolutions skills are required as well as the ability to handle all calls in a professional manner
  8. Outbound calls may be necessary
  9. Update system notes to reflect first call resolution and any important information
