Pay
- $30.00-$40.00/hour (based on experience)
- +On Call Pay Incentive (scheduled 4 times a year for one week)
- +Annual Bonuses!

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, identifying the root causes of problems and proposing effective solutions.
- Repair or replace faulty components, such as compressors, motors, fans, and thermostats.
- Perform refrigerant handling and recovery in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Conduct system performance tests and adjustments to achieve energy efficiency and comfort.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work, including parts used and service performed.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures to clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects and assignments.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Participate in on-call or emergency service rotation as required.
- Continuously improve technical skills through training and certification programs.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal codes and regulations.

Job requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working with commercial HVAC equipment
- Gas certification preferred
- EPA certification
- Oil certification is a plus
- Must be willing to work week long On-Call 4 times a year
- Must be able to lift 50-75 pounds and comfortably work on and set up ladders
- Ability to interact with customers, explain work performed, and provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with co-workers in a dynamic environment
- Must have a driver's license and clean driving record
- Background checks are conducted upon onboarding
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
