We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented HVAC Sales Manager (Commercial & Industrial) to join our dynamic team.
As aHVAC Sales Manager (Commercial & Industrial), you will be responsible for driving service sales activities in support of Retrofit Installations to include refurbishment and modernization of existing installation base.
Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the retrofit installation process.

‘HVAC Sales Manager (Commercial & Industrial)’ Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive retrofit installation sales
- Identify target markets, customer segments, and key accounts to maximize sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the management team to define sales goals, objectives, and performance metrics
- Proactively seek out and develop new business opportunities, including identifying potential clients and strategic partnerships
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to drive business growth
- Oversee the entire retrofit installation sales process, from initial lead generation to project completion
- Monitor sales pipelines, track sales metrics, and generate regular reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively
‘HVAC Sales Manager (Commercial & Industrial)’ Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in project management within capital equipment environment
- Experience with and working knowledge of components used in the HVAC industry
- Proven track record as a Sales Manager
- Good trouble shooting sand diagnostic problem solving skills
- Leadership skills
- Ability to travel to customer sites
- Proficient with Microsoft tools
- Working knowledge of CRM
