Job Title

· HVAC-R Account Specialist/Dispatcher

Pay

· $20/hr ($41,600/yr) to $25/hr ($52,000/yr) based on experience

Work Schedule

· Work from home

· Full-time Monday-Friday

· 10:00am-6:30pm

Qualifications

· 5 years HVAC-R dispatching experience. We will not accept applicants that do not have HVAC-R dispatching experience, even if you have experience dispatching in other capacities.

· MUST be an organized, detailed employee who can follow-through and follow-up on assigned tasks; you will be the nucleus of communication between our clients, TruTek technicians, and our parts department.

· MUST currently live in the Phoenix Metro area; this is a work-from-home position, but we need a local resident who is familiar with the Valley, surrounding areas, and Tucson. We will not accept applicants that do not live in the Phoenix Metro area.

· Must have exceptional customer service skills to communicate with a wide and diverse range of clients and their staff; politeness, confidence, and your best “phone-voice” are indispensable!

· MUST be technologically competent and quick-to-learn; you will utilize several computer programs, websites, and phone apps daily

· Must pass standard background check

· Service Channel and Sampro Data Basics experience a plus!

What you will do

· Dispatch HVAC-R service calls from clients to technicians by computer, call, or text; dispatch service calls by priority while coordinating locations of technicians and clients; supervise parts ordering and updates; assist with additional projects based on client needs
