Pay starting $35 - 40 + Benefits (full-time year-round)

Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years field experience
- Current Certifications:
- Proof of tech school graduation or equivalency
- Must hold state driver’s license
- Pre-employment background screening (criminal & DMV)
Preferred Qualifications
- 06A Journeyman
- North American Technician Excellence (N.A.T.E.) preferred
- MECH 1
- Universal EPA certification
Skills & Experience
- Seasoned HVAC level knowledge of installing HVAC systems in residential & light commercial projects
- Knowledge of current codes & building requirements mandated by local & state government agencies for HVAC
- Sheet metal bending
- Knowledge of heat calcs
- Duct sizing calcs
- Perform basic takeoffs
- Read blueprints
- Tech capable
- Adaptable
- Creates & maintains a no-slack environment
- Progressive with using the best/newest tech/tools/equipment available for job proficiency & quality
- Ability to improve systems & processes
- Solid technical understanding, with the ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues
- Proficient in reading schematics & work plans
The Position
- Install residential and light commercial new HVAC systems
- Install residential and light commercial retrofit HVAC systems
- Layout & direct service techs with appropriate tasks daily
- Track multiple jobs progress while supervising the team
- Verify quality standards are met by the install team (quality control)
- Manage performance and provide training, coaching, & performance feedback to techs to drive productivity and efficiency
- Uses metrics to drive accountability & performance
- Create & track goals
- Manage materials stock in vans & warehouse proficiently
- Document details of installation provided to customers in-person & electronically through phone apps
- Reliable communication with customers, crew, and admin
- Has a desire to create and build a system that is innovative and progressive
- Ensures use of PPE & the application of safe behavior by crew
