HVAC Dispatcher / Office Manager
HVACDirect.com is an industry-leading nationwide HVAC business headquartered in Troy, Ohio. We're a fast-growing business in need of an experienced HVAC Dispatcher and Office Manager to coordinate our installation network. The Dispatcher and Office Manager will schedule in-home appointments for sales and installations, process jobs and orders, and manage inventory and customer deliveries.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC equipment and installation procedures and have experience in coordinating schedules for multiple staffers across a variety of job types. They will have experience both in dispatch and also office management in an HVAC or home services business. The role will require the ability to learn and work in multiple software systems, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM), order management, and inventory software.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Coordinate and schedule all aspects of Installation Services, from quote through installation to completed invoicing and payment.
- Work with the sales team on providing a seamless experience for our customers and an organized internal workflow for all departments.
- Schedule Comfort Advisor appointments and technical service visits and installations across multiple markets.
- Organize the preparation for each job, including product procurement, inter-warehouse transfers, work orders, installer availability, and equipment pickup and delivery.
- Manage work orders and invoicing with 3 party sub-contractors
- Liaise with Fulfillment, Accounting, and Order Processing teams to ensure a smooth process for inventory management, billing, and accounting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
