Local HVAC Contractor is Hiring!
We are hiring anHVAC Customer Service Specialist / Office Assistant
The CSR position:
- Stellar Customer Service
- Answering incoming calls
- Scheduling
- Calling customer / clients regarding any scheduling issues
- Scheduling subcontractors and inspections
- Filing manufacturer warranty registrations, extended warranties, and rebates
- Coordinating communication between Sales team, customers, Installers, vendors, and the office
Qualifications / Skills:
- 3 + years related experience in Customer Service, schedule coordinating, project coordinating, or combination of experience and education
- HVAC industry experience desired
- Scheduling experience
- Stellar Customer Service skills
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, installers and vendors
- A clear and professional speaking voice as phones are a huge part of the position
- The ability to type 40 + WPM with accuracy
- Data entry, filing, and other general office duties
- Microsoft Office software experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Title: HVAC Customer Service Specialist / Office Assistant
Pay Rate: $23.00 - $28.00 Per hour. Depending on Experience
Pay Type: Hourly
Work Hours: 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday
Work Type: Full-time
