Local HVAC Contractor is Hiring!

We are hiring anHVAC Customer Service Specialist / Office Assistant

The CSR position:

• Stellar Customer Service
• Answering incoming calls
• Scheduling
• Calling customer / clients regarding any scheduling issues
• Scheduling subcontractors and inspections
• Filing manufacturer warranty registrations, extended warranties, and rebates
• Coordinating communication between Sales team, customers, Installers, vendors, and the office

Qualifications / Skills:

• 3 + years related experience in Customer Service, schedule coordinating, project coordinating, or combination of experience and education
• HVAC industry experience desired
• Scheduling experience
• Stellar Customer Service skills
• The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, installers and vendors
• A clear and professional speaking voice as phones are a huge part of the position
• The ability to type 40 + WPM with accuracy
• Data entry, filing, and other general office duties
• Microsoft Office software experience
• High school diploma or equivalent

Job Title: HVAC Customer Service Specialist / Office Assistant

Pay Rate: $23.00 - $28.00 Per hour. Depending on Experience

Pay Type: Hourly

Work Hours: 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday

Work Type: Full-time
