    Position Overview:

    As an In-Person Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador of one of our nonprofit clients. Your role will involve building and nurturing strong relationships with potential customers, providing them with the support and resources they need. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth for our clients. Your friendly demeanor, exceptional communication skills, and dedication to exceeding customer expectations will contribute to our continued success. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn and develop within a supportive and dynamic environment.

    Qualifications:

    Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

    Prior Customer Service experience, especially in face-to-face interactions

    Excellent communication and presentation skills

    Passion for nonprofit causes and social impact

    Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

    Willingness to work in fast-paced environment
