Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 (Title based on qualification and experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Fayetteville, NC and Raeford, NC. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department with various tasks including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct and recommend appropriate disciplinary actions.
• Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Stay current on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. (Master’s degree preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Title: The title for this position will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience, ranging from Human Resources Specialist to Senior Human Resources Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
