Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing recruitment processes and onboarding procedures.
- Coaching and facilitating professional development opportunities to enhance employee engagement and team building.
- Assessing institutional developmental needs and identifying training solutions.
- Implementing methods to improve employee performance and recognition.
- Collaborating with leadership to ensure operational efficiency.
- Building capabilities within the HR Shared Services team for multi-skilled service provision.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources management or industrial organizational psychology.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (oral and written).
- Excellent communication, public speaking, and writing skills, with active listening ability.
- Proficiency with multimedia training platforms and methods.
- Previous experience in HR roles, preferably in a shared services environment.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and employee support.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Computer literate with knowledge of ADP, Windows, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Ellucian, AdobeSign.
