What the job looks like:
The focus of this position is handling high-volume, confidential, and time-sensitive materials, providing excellent customer service and acting as a liaison to applicants, hiring managers and recruiting staff and assisting in other HR operations when needed.
As the Human Resources Specialist you will independently review background check, particularly in complex scenarios using your high level of judgement, critical thinking, independent research, and policy interpretation.

What you need:
Associate's degree from an accredited college or university
Two years prior experience in a related field.
