- Helping employees with the onboarding process and providing orientation
- Developing plans to meet company objectives and grow the business
- Creating systems to motivate employees and manage their performance
- Addressing employee questions and concerns and ensuring compliance with labor laws
- Identifying and recruiting qualified candidates for different roles
- Managing payroll and administering employee benefits
- Organizing training and development activities and preparing for the future
- Conducting disciplinary actions and processing terminated and retiring employees
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
