Responsibilities: The Human Resources Recruiter Coordinator will work with both internal employees and external stakeholders to develop and maintain talent for Henry County Hospital. This role will be the liaison with external stakeholders such as schools (primary education/trade, vocational, colleges and post graduate programs), community-based organizations, and governmental agencies to create and/or leverage a workforce pipeline to support and meet the workforce needs of the hospital. Internally this role will be responsible for providing the overall daily administrative support for the effective and efficient running of the Human Resources department. The position helps the Human Resources Manager with administrative tasks such as recruitment, interviewing staff, benefit administration, compensation administration, staff education, leave administration, employee record administration and interpreting company policies and practices. This position may also provide administrative support to Nursing Education/Staff Development department.
Qualifications: Completion of high school education, three years previous secretarial and office experience required in Human Resources. Associates or bachelor's degree in Human Resources highly preferred.
