ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Firm's Human Resources team advises and acts as guardians for the Firm by attracting, managing, developing, rewarding, and retaining our global workforce, our most important asset. Brokerage is seeking a HR Professional to join the HR Employee Solutions team. This function provides operational support to our Senior HRBPs, as well as to employees and managers across the Firm on several processes across the employee lifecycle. In addition, the function partners closely with HR product areas within the department to drive efficiencies and best practices in our HR processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Provide high quality operational support to HR Business Partners on both cyclical and adhoc HR processes including the performance evaluation process, diversity efforts, promotion, and compensation. Support will involve entering Workday transactions, handling reporting requests, assisting with audits, and the tracking and maintenance of employee data and documents.
-Provide day to day support for employees and managers on operational HR matters by providing timely, accurate and thorough responses. Examples include answering policy questions, assisting with off boarding, immigration questions, mobility eligibility, leave processing, employment verifications letters, etc.
-Project manage planned and ad-hoc activities for the HR Business Partner and/or HRES team Liaise with HR Solutions teams and product areas to deliver HR services to HR Business Partners, managers, and employees
-Ensure requests are tracked appropriately to completion; log information into systems and update information in a timely and accurate manner for team to track service inquiries, resolutions and provide metrics to stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrated proficiency in using Workday or similar HR management systems, with 2 plus years of experience.
Previous experience in HR operations or a related field is required.
Ability to work collaboratively with HR Business Partners, HR Solutions teams, and other departments.
Understanding of HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
