Role Description

We are seeking passionate and talented HR to join our team. You’ll play a key role in our daily operations and development of the company. This position is located in New York and involves key responsibilities such as recruiting and attracting talents, daily management and scheduling of live streaming hosts, and employee relationship management.

Responsibility：

• Responsible for the recruitment of Tiktok live streaming hosts, posting recruitment positions, seeking talent, selection, inviting interviews, and providing an offer letter for suitable candidates;
• Daily management of live streaming hosts, arranging the schedules of live streaming hosts; ensuring efficient completion of each live stream;
• Employee relationship management, including employee communication and collaboration, employee development and training, corporate culture construction;
• Assist in handling other temporary tasks of the HR department.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in HRM / other related management field or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in Chinese and English, and possess a legal residence visa in the United States.
• More than 3 years of HR experience, especially recruitment, training, and employee relationships, familiar with HR administrative workflow and local labor laws, worked in a PR agency, and familiar with influencers and models is preferred;
• Excellent skills for communicating and teamwork, strong affinity;
• Entrepreneurial spirit, able to adapt to the team's rapid growth phase, proactive, practical, and positive thinking.

• 员工关系管理，包含雇佣关系，员工发展与培训，员工沟通与协作及企业文化建设；
• 公司内部其他事务性工作；

任职要求

• 本科毕业，人力资源管理或其他相关管理专业，
• 中英文流利；英语完全无障碍沟通，拥有美国的合法居留签证；
• 3年左右人事相关工作经验，尤其擅长招聘，培训和员工关系，熟悉人事行政工作流程及当地劳动法，曾工作于PR agency，熟悉本地网红模特的为佳；
• 具有较强的沟通能力，亲和力及团队合作精神；
• 具有创业精神，能适应团队的快速成长期，快节凑的工作，踏实肯干，积极思考。
