Ideally you have the following:
Bachelor Degree or higher
HR Experience in an hourly manufacturing facility
Education:

A minimum of 4+ years of progressive Human Resource experience
Demonstration of ability to positively influence others, particularly leadership development and coaching
Exceptional business sense and acumen
Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations
A keen sense of urgency, strong bias for action and the ability to drive impactful results
