Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategies
Facilitate and drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in talent acquisition and retention
Plus many other HR responsibilities that impact the people working for the company
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 AM
Skills:
Ideally you have the following:
Bachelor Degree or higher
HR Experience in an hourly manufacturing facility
Education:
Associate
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
What you need to bring:
A minimum of 4+ years of progressive Human Resource experience
Demonstration of ability to positively influence others, particularly leadership development and coaching
Exceptional business sense and acumen
Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations
A keen sense of urgency, strong bias for action and the ability to drive impactful results
