Human Resources Manager / Specialist
Our retained client based in Des Plaines, is a quickly growing company in the expanding market of commercial and industrial air filtration. We believe that our people are our most valuable assets. Specific Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
- Build and Execute HR Department as required to support company Vision
- Talent Management including Employee Development, Engagement and Wellness Programs
- Talent Acquisition including Recruitment, Interviewing, and Hiring in collaboration with department managers
- Performance Management System Execution
- Benefit Selection and Administration
- Ability to Manage Relationship between Employee Wellness, Core Values, and Business Goals
- Excellent Inter-Company Communication

Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in related area and 7 plus years of related job experience
- Above Average Computer Skills (HRIS, Word, Excel, ERP Experience)
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, bilingual (Spanish) a plus
