This individual will directly assist the Human Resources team and will have the opportunity to learn and practice HR duties relating to the Bradford Companies.

Requirements
Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate our talent acquisition process for all NGW locations
• Other HR tasks include, but are not limited to, HRIS tasks, employee file management, participates and assists with Career Fairs, etc.
• General office tasks

• Current student in a graduate or undergraduate Human Resources program
• Driven, self-motivated, organized, and punctual.
• Capable of managing various tasks and deadlines, effective communication skills, and the ability to demonstrate professional work ethic.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Basic understanding of HRIS tasks
