Job Description
Human Resources Internship for Summer 2024 (May to August)
- Support HR processes such as new hire onboarding, performance management, system
configuration, timekeeping, etc. - Utilize HRIS system(s) to accomplish tasks including analytical and reporting data.
- Assist with internal auditing of required HR documentation.
- Utilize document imaging software to transition paper files to electronic files.
- Provide additional support for company training, events, and employee communications.
- Ensure data and document integrity.
- Collaborate with HR team to effectively and efficiently complete tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Only students that have completed their junior or senior year as of May 2024 will be considered for this internship.
- Must be a student actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in areas of Business, Management, Agricultural Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related degree.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Must have experience with MS Office applications including but not limited to Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Possess strong leadership characteristics and be actively involved in college activities.
- Must be able to demonstrate effective and efficient administrative responsibilities, presentation abilities and high-level organizational skills.
- Proven ability to research topics and interpret data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail oriented and analytical.
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to present information, provide administrative services, multi-task, apply strategic thinking skills, work with all levels of management while possessing positive and professional skills.
