How you will make an impact:
- Duties include updating job descriptions, supporting the employee records system with data input and preparing research and reports for:
- Assist HR Team with new hire onboarding and integration tasks including pre-employment paperwork, completing I-9 verifications, background checks and drug tests.
- Assist with job postings, recruiting materials preparation, career fair and candidate interview coordination, arrangements for candidates and logistics for internal and external team
- Assist with preparation and coordination of HR training sessions.
- Utilize the HRIS system to prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations
- Proactively track and follow up on assignments and provide status updates to multiple team members
- Perform other Human Resources transactional day-to-day functions
- Audit HR system to ensure data integrity related to all areas of the department, including Workforce Planning and position management
- Other duties as assigned

Education:
In the process of receiving a degree (Bachelors or Masters) in one of the following majors:
- Human Resources
- Business Administration
- Psychology
- Marketing
- Communications
- Related Field
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and an impressive work ethic
- Clear sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet deadlines
- Attention to details and ability to contribute to a positive work environment
