The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing personnel and daily operations of the Human Resources department. The salary range will be $90,000 - $110,000 DOE with significant bonus potential and strong benefits!

What you get to do every day
- Be familiar with and implement applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conduct investigations, maintain records, and represent the organization at hearings
- Represent your team at interdepartmental meetings with other managers
- Create recruitment plans, interview schedules and evaluation standards in accordance with HR methodologies and labor laws
- Amplify the organization's Human Resources department by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and Human Resources policies, programs, and practices
- Organize historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records
- Lead all HR activities, communications, reports, requests and documents created and received by the team
- Analyze reports provided by the HR team, team leaders and operations managers to determine employee performance and training needs
- Support employees such that they follow all policies and procedures
- Put in place management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
- Administer exit interviews and procedures
- Be in charge of human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
- Study compensation standards set by industry and governing bodies in order to create salary structures and administer employee benefits
- Impeccable ethics, integrity, and standards- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Accomplished in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
- Knowledge of HR software and working knowledge of MS Office
- Broad knowledge of HR policies, benefits administration, compensation and wage structure
- PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications are desired
- Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Ability to view issues without prejudice
- 1+ years of supervisory experience within Human Resources
- 5+ years in Human Resources
- A familiarity with the key principles of employment law and EEOC regulations
- Strong time management and organizational skills
