We are growing and are looking for great talent to join our team! We currently have an opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist.
The HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in our team, taking on diverse responsibilities that contribute to the overall success of our HR operations.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Managing the recruitment process.
- Facilitating new employee onboarding and orientation.
- Implementing and communicating HR policies.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Keeping policies up to date with legal requirements.
- Collaborating with managers on performance appraisals.
- Maintaining accurate and up to date employee records.
- Managing the HRIS data.
- Ensuring confidentiality and security of employee information.
- Communicating HR policies and procedures to employees.
- Conducting exit interviews.
- Managing the offboarding process for departing employees.
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
- Supporting HR projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related area preferred, relevant HR experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, highly desired.
- 5 or more years of HR experience.
- Growth stage company experience, including scaling teams rapidly across multiple locations, within the healthcare field.
- Experience with payroll, benefits, and HRIS implementations.

Work Location: Corporate Office based in Doral. Ability to travel to clinic locations in Miami Dade & Broward Counties as needed is required.
