Job Description
Queens Boulevard Extended Care Facility is looking to hire a self-motivated, dependable, reliable and experienced HR Generalist to support the Director of HR and to support our rapid pace HR department. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the hiring process, scheduling interviews, completing VOEs, tracking probationary evaluations, tracking and updating licenses and certificates, maintain files, sorting mail, entering a high volume of employee records information into our HR database systems. Will be responsible for additional duties as required by the Director of HR.
- Associates degree in HR-related field required ( Bachelor’s preferred)
- Must be detail-oriented and organized
- 5+ years of related administrative experience
- Excellent and strong communication and customer service skills
- Nursing Home Experience preferred.
