- Perform administrative duties associated with the onboarding process.

- Lead various independent projects assigned by the Human Resources team.
- Elevated level of honesty, integrity, and able to manage confidential data.
- Experience working in an entry level role in HR/People Team or Recruiting is beneficial.
Qualifications:
- ENTRY LEVEL POSITION - 1 - 2 years' experience as an HR Coordinator/Specialist preferred.
- Recent college graduate within last 12 months (Human Resources or Business Major)
- Exposure to labor law and employment regulations.
- Understanding of Human Resources functions and best practices.
- Prior administrative or office experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Possess strong verbal communication (verbal and written) and networking skills.
- Strong attention to detail while juggling multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated and have a strong work ethic and sense of confidentiality.
- Have a "customer service" orientation with the ability to escalate issues when appropriate.
- Demonstrates ability to work in a corporate environment with composure, as well as independently.
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite of products including Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, -PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook for email, calendar, contacts, scheduling, and task management required.
