Local medical care company with 200+ employees is looking to add to the Human Resources team!
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the HR department in various areas including employee relations, workers compensation, and organization design.
- Assist with the administration of HR programs and policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Coordinate and process employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Kronos, ADP, or SAP.
- Knowledge of FMLA regulations and other leave management processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong proficiency with using office equipment, including computers, multi-line phones, copier, and fax machine is required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
