Job Title: Corporate HR Generalist

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for aspects of our Human Resources as well as office management functions. This includes recruitment and selection, performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, and office maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
- Conduct orientation and onboarding for new hires
- Administer employee benefits program, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), and other voluntary benefits
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure that all employee data is kept confidential
- Manage performance evaluation process and provide coaching to managers on performance management best practices
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and programs
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Ensure that the office is clean, safe, and comfortable for employees and visitors
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Human Resources role, with some experience in office management preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
