Perform HR Generalist functions, including but not limited to: Handle all matters with confidentiality, sensitivity and knowledge. Responsible for preparation of weekly and semi-monthly payrolls. Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies). Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves). Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves. Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures. Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars. Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies. Time-off accrual support; assist with the set up/ tracking of time off accruals, verify all paid time-off approved correctly and assist with maintenance/ communication of the accruals via the payroll system. Responsible for explaining, collecting, reviewing employee paperwork, including 401k and benefit administration. Communicate with our HR Consultant and take the advices if necessary. Performance management; manage monthly tracking; communicate to operations according to established timeline.
Perform routine data entry related to accounting, HR and administration, such as general ledger, journal entries, balancing and maintaining ledgers, issuing checks to vendors, Develop and implement appropriate filing systems for recordkeeping. Maintain accounts receivable/payable, journal entries records. Maintain accurate and organized accounting information for posting to the general ledger. Route accounts payable invoices for approval and post in accounting system. Complete monthly domestic and international wire transfers. Managing data base, files, reports, records and spreadsheets. Assist team with administrative tasks. Perform administrative duties for President/VP and department heads as may be required. Perform other duties as requested by the President/VP. Provide month-end and interim reports to support monthly and interim reporting cycles.
