Webato Roof Systems Inc. is currently recruiting for a HR Generalist at our facility in New Hudson, MI.
Job Responsibilities
• Support in HR consulting and maintenance, e.g. in people and cultural issues, in technical and legal aspects of the employment including hiring, termination, performance management and rewards
• General HR program/policy implementation and administration
• Support in employee and labor relations and communications
• Rewards program coordination and/or administration
• Preparation of analyses of HR related reports
• HRIS management
• Full cycle recruiting for direct and indirect labor positions
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or related field preferred
• 3+ years experience as an HR Generalist for an automotive supplier or manufacturer
• Basic knowledge of HR programs and policies
• Good communication skills with internal/external people
• Basic knowledge of local labor law
• MS-Office
• High level of confidentiality
Preferred Experience
• Experience with HRIS and ERP systems
• SAP experience preferred
• ADP WorkForceNow experience preferred
• PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
