Position Description: This position is responsible for the recruitment of qualified candidates and to facilitate the hiring process and work collaboratively to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. This role will also assist with other Human Resource tasks as assigned. Essential Duties/Key Responsibilities: Manage and conduct strategic and creative recruitment of qualified candidates for job openings through both traditional and non-traditional sources.
Post jobs in Paychex Flex Hiring, with other recruiting sites, and various media. Reconcile Indeed billing for finance submission. Market the agency to colleges, technical schools and trade organizations.
Conduct a high volume of interviews and work directly with candidates and hiring managers to arrange interviews. Update applicant records and job requisitions in recruiting system, ensure real-time accuracy. Work with hiring managers to ensure job listings are accurate and current.
Distribute job posting weekly. Manage job requisitions and companywide job posting. Correct discrepancies.
Coordinate the completion of all required prescreening requirements to include background checks, MVR records, DDS registry check, Med Cert license check, reference checks and I9 paperwork. Prepare recruiting and onboarding documents for successful candidates, prior to monthly new hire training. Complete all onboarding activities including the completion of the new hire file with onboarding paperwork, complete I-9's and appropriately complete entering new hires information in HR system.
Prepare regular updates regarding recruiting status, vacancies and other comprehensive data summaries on recruitment efforts to HR Director to determine effectiveness. Process internal transfers and Letter of Intent. Oversee on-going Substitute pool to stabilize, strengthen and utilize this valuable pool of employees.
Manage Substitutes to ensure adherence to program guidelines. Inform HR Director when Substitute employee is out of compliance. Process Substitute punches and submit approval weekly.
Complete HR data entry in the HR system. Complete all Human Resources filing in active and terminated employee files. HR projects as assigned.
