Job Details

Jobot is looking to hire a Human Resources Director to join us on our mission to disrupt the recruiting industry, leaving a positive impact on the lives of our clients, candidates, community, and Jobot Family along the way. This is a visible role that requires the individual to be highly knowledgeable and experienced, an excellent communicator and solution finder – but above all else – show up every day with kindness + respect.
3 Things that are Needed for this Job:

• 5+ years of HR experience, owning processes and procedures.
• Experience with employee relations throughout the employee life cycle.
• Strong understanding of state and federal employment laws and regulations.

3 Things You will be Doing in this Job:

• Provide Human Resources support to our Jobot family, offering guidance and resolution.
• Collaborating with our leadership team to advise on best practices.
• Owning HR processes, procedures, and projects, and delegating when needed.

3 Things that You are GREAT at about this Job:

• Highly knowledgeable of federal, state, and local employment law best practices.
• Act as a point of contact, with excellent and thoughtful communication skills, to work with our teams to better their lives.
• Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with integrity, discretion, and the utmost sense of confidentiality.

Where?
Jobot operates on a 9/80 schedule, meaning we get every other Friday off! This role follows our hybrid 'Tango' schedule: Monday - Thursday in Newport Beach, CA at our beautiful Jobot House!
