We are seeking a SPANISH speaking, highly organized and detail-oriented employee to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to ensure efficient operation of A NUMBER of different departments (billing, HR, payroll, enrollment, and more) This is not an easy job and please do not think you will have time to be on Facebook, some of us dont even take lunch. But it is perfect for someone who wants multidimensional experience that can add paragraphs to your resume (you will be simultaneously working in a number of departments and will learn the ins and out of every department). You will be responsible for a VARIETY of tasks to support senior staff and the experience learned from such a position is truly valuable for the future.
- Familiarity with phone systems and professional phone etiquette
- Exceptional customer service skills. Talking to employees and Insurance plans.
- Customer service experience a huge plus.
- Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast deadline oriented environment
