Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Record keeping in HRIS system
- Process change requests, terminations, on-boarding paperwork, etc.
- Administration of leave of absence and workers compensation claims process
- Assist staff with general HR and Benefit related questions
- Provide administrative support to dept. and HR Manager
- Meeting and event coordination
- Answer incoming calls to HR Dept.
- 2+yrs experience in Human Resources
- High School Diploma Required; College Education and/or HR Certification a Plus!
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work within deadlines and with confidential information
- Computer skills: MS Office Suite and HRIS Platforms
- Willingness to undergo criminal background check and drug screening
