We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator for an in-person role in Portsmouth NH The is a 1st Shift position Mon-Fri with flexibility in terms of shift. We are open to a variety of schedules that works best between the employer and candidate.
This position will require basic HR experience and knowledge while participating in office administration duties.
-The candidate will be organizing and filing paperwork and employee files.
-Answering HR emails and calls. Responding to questions regarding payroll, HR questions, ect.
-Will have knowledge in HR policies and state employee laws.
-Proficient in Office/Excel/PowerPoint
-Payroll experience
-MUST be bi-lingual in English AND Spanish
-Must be able to work in office 5 days a week
-Must have previous office admin and HR experience
-Must have basic HR knowledge and payroll experience
Location: Portsmouth NH (in-person role)
Schedule: Flexible 1st Shift
Pay: $21-24 DOE
Compensation: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
