This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position

The expected compensation range for this position is $52,964 - $64,733, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.). - Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data through preparing reports or tracking headcount
- Providing support and assistance to all employees/management through guidance, conducting orientations, preparing employee engagement activities, training when necessary, and other related activities
- Influencing the enforcement and adherence to policies, as well as exercising the authority to independently act within those guidelines
- Coordinating accurate and timely administration of diverse, complex, and highly confidential information related to compensation, benefits, performance, and other areas of HR
- Communicating tactfully and professionally at all levels and exercising discretion concerning confidential and sensitive information
Company Vehicle
This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- Three (3) years of Human Resources administration experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Current, valid Driver's License.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Advanced experience in the HR function
- Ability and willingness to resolve employee issues and exercise judgement to elevate when necessary
- Possess expertise equivalent to that which would be obtained in bachelor's degree or higher
