Our rapidly growing hospice agency is currently searching for an in-person Full-Time HR Coordinator to join our Fayetteville office.

Job responsibilities can include but are not limited to:
● Oversight and management of our cloud-based HR software
● Benefits administration to include 401(k) and health insurance open enrollment
● Assistance with current HR processes and improving internal procedures
● Development of new-hire onboarding and employee training
● Support and train location specific HR staff
● Assist employees with enrollment, issue resolution and other HR questions as needed
● Some travel will be required
● Other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
● Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of HR experience in a private sector setting
● Knowledge of federal and state HR regulations
● Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
● Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail
● Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
● Computer skills, including a proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, required
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
● Experience with 401(k) plans, BambooHR, Employee Navigator and Google Drive a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
