As our  HR Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will:

Be responsible for delivering Human Capital services and initiatives that impact corporate and departmental initiatives. This person will facilitate the movement of candidates through the recruitment process to assist the recruitment team in filling open requisitions, such as posting positions, completing background checks, updating tracking spreadsheets, scheduling interviews, facilitating candidate travel, organizing corporate career fair visits, and administering the summer intern program. This position will also assist other areas of the Human Capital organization by scheduling, planning, taking notes, and submitting reports for HR, DE&I, and Learning & Development.

Essential Functions

  • Partner with recruitment team to assist in meeting department objectives of filling all open requisitions with qualified applicants.
  • Manage organization’s applicant tracking system and ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate – this includes, posting and closing positions, regular maintenance of postings, troubleshooting applicant issues with system, drafting offer letters, etc.
  • Cross-post position to appropriate job boards.
  • Assist with the recruitment tracking spreadsheets to ensure accuracy of job openings, positions filled, budget alignment, hiring manager, etc. Partner with HR Systems Analyst to automate recruitment reports, where possible.
  • Manage the backfill approval process through the HR email account and ensure documentation from approval, exceptions, interview evaluations, references, remote work and other documentation is obtained and stored properly.
  • Organize and prepare for career fairs by planning ahead, scheduling, requesting volunteers, keeping track of attendees, and sending reminders. Prepare all materials for company representatives attending the career fair and attend career fairs, as necessary.
  • Partner with recruitment team in the summer intern program and assist in the administration of the program to ensure summer intern success – this includes, organizing temporary housing, working with Learning & Development on intern activities, partnering with management, etc.
  • Input changes into the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy of information inputted and appropriate documentation received prior to entry.
  • Complete administrative tasks, such as purchasing supplies, managing scheduling of different types of events, managing purchase process for vendors, assist in preparation and distribution of reports.
  • Produce and submit reports on activities within HR, DE&I, and training.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

To be successful as the HR Coordinator, we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years of relevant experience in the human resources profession may be counted in lieu of a degree
  • Two (2) years of relevant Human Resources experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of workweek are Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Working extended hours may be required.

Travel Requirement:

This position requires infrequent ( 5% or less) travel.
