Training & Development Duties
- Works closely with training vendors to ensure that Kawasaki is offering appropriate material based on business and leadership needs.
- Attends all trainings to assist the facilitators as needed.
- Creates training manuals & facilitator guides.
- Creates & distributes training announcements.
- Tracks compliance training for all applicable team members.
- Schedules trainings and tracks & maintains team member attendance for each course.
- Maintains training library & assists team members to check out books.
- Manages Kawasaki University on The Resource Center.
Payroll & Benefits Duties
- Reviews timekeeping reports every pay period and works with managers in resolving missing punches and other timekeeping issues.
- Administer payroll once per month.
- Educates team members and managers on wage and hour laws as applicable.
- Reviews, approves, and saves job, compensation, and personal information (address, phone, direct deposit, W-4) workflow changes in UKG.
General HR Duties
- Provides general human resource administrative duties including, but not limited to:
- Handling and filing of confidential HR documents.
- Assisting in scheduling HR related activities.
- Assisting other HR roles with staffing, payroll processing, and benefits.
- Assists in maintaining HR & Corporate policies and procedures.
- Maintains team member records in their employment files and establishes new files.
- Assists in updating and maintaining job descriptions in job description library.
- Submits termination checklists to leaders upon team member separations.
- Assists with general HR announcements and communications.
Education and Experience:
Associates Degree (AA) is required; with a minimum of two years of experience in an HR/Customer Service environment strongly preferred. Knowledge of HR principles and processes is required.

Hourly Range: $27.00/hr. - $30.00/hr.
