Abound Credit Union is now hiring friendly, enthusiastic, and just overall awesome personalities to provide top notch customer service to our team members, as well as perform routine / confidential HR duties.
What You’ll Do:
- Process any status changes for team members to include hiring, promotions / transfers, terminations, name change, marital status, salary changes, etc.
- Maintain up-to-date employee files.
- Onboard all new hires to include offer letters, background checks, I-9’s, tax forms, and policy acknowledgements.
- Present HR material to new hires during orientation.
- Assist with recruiting efforts, such as job postings and job fairs.
- Oversee ordering process on Credit Union’s brand store for logo apparel.
- Assists with planning and execution of special events.
- Perform routine / confidential tasks required to administer and execute Human Resources programs.

What We Need:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a willingness to support others on your team.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Prior Human Resources experience a plus!

Salary Info:
$23.65 - $29.56 / hour
